Cutters

Cutters

The cutters are made in soldered versions of HSS and HW qualities.

When producing cutters, we use the highest quality HSS material with conventional and powder-coated technology as well as carbide hardness. Our production relies on CNC machining centers, which ensure exceptional accuracy and high-quality machining.

We pay particular attention to the production of wood joining cutters, which are marketed in many countries throughout the world.

Finger joint cutters

Steel body with fine-cut teeth of HS or HW quality. For mechanical displacement.
Use: For longitudinal joining of solid wood. The height of the joint can be adjusted with a cutting saw. It is used on special in-line joining machines such as Omga and Grecon Dimter.

3406 Planing Cutter Head

Steel body with centers for 4 straight knives of 30 x 3mm dimensions in HS and HW quality. Spring wedges.
Use: For wood planing; operates both with blades of HS quality for solid wood and with blades of HW quality for hard and glued wood. Essential for cutting machines.

33404 Hydro Cutter Head

Steel body with blade centers parallel to the bore. Integrated hydraulic bushing for hydraulic mounting on the machine spindle.
Use: For wood planing; operates both with blades of HS quality for solid wood and with blades of HW quality for hard and glued wood. Essential for cutting machines.

Profile Heads

Steel body with two or four blades. Designed for HS blades.
For processing all types of wood (depending on the blades used). An economical tool that requires high blade quality and only little maintenance.
Especially useful for machines that offer the possibility of multifaceted processing.
MONO system: offers integrated HS back-toothed knives with fabricated profile or as blank forms for subsequent profiling.

Profile cutter HS and HW

Cutters with asymmetrical profiles have blades with one-sided axial angles, whereas those with symmetrical profiles integrate blades without an axial angle. They cut circumferentially and, when it comes to specially designed profiles, also laterally.
Use: It is manufactured in a HS version for soft and hard wood, and in a HW version for glued, soft and hard wood, as well as exotic wood and various glued panels. Used on table cutters, cutting machines, splitting machines, multi-sided carpentry machines and other special machines.
